The Advantage Home Health Care Nurse Assistant training program exceeds the Wisconsin Department of Health Services program requirements. Our training program includes 80 hours of instruction and 24 hours of supervised, hands-on clinical experience at a long-term care facility, for a total of 104 hours. Our student to nurse ratio is 4:1. Our classes are taught by highly experienced and professional nurses, with over 40 years of healthcare experience. We also offer continuing education courses for CNA refresher hours.

Our classes are in-person, 3 weeks in duration and are held Mon-Fri, from 8 – 4:30 PM. 

Included is a 3-day clinical at a long-term care facility, which is from 7 – 3:30 PM.
